DRY SKY ADS — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Dry Sky Ads and the Client, which the Client agrees to when advertising with Dry Sky Ads. Dry Sky Ads reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.

DURATION / SCHEDULE

1. The campaign duration and schedule (start and end dates) will be confirmed and outlined in the official quotation provided to the Client.

2. The campaign will begin only once:
2.a Full payment has been received.

2.b Ad has been approved in writing, within the given timeline.

3. If the Client fails to supply the content or design elements within the timeline specified in the quotation or onboarding email:
3.a The campaign start date may be delayed.
3.b In such cases, the campaign will be rescheduled subject to availability, and Dry Sky Ads cannot guarantee the originally proposed dates.

4. Dry Sky Ads works according to fixed “take-in” dates for content updates. If a client requires an ad to be updated outside of these scheduled dates (e.g. to align with a specific promotion), an additional fee will be quoted and charged accordingly. Take in dates: 25th of the month, to flight on the 1st. Second take in date: 10th of the month, to flight on the 15th.

5. While every effort is made to ensure the screens remain operational at all times (e.g., through the installation of solar backup), Dry Sky Ads is not liable for downtime caused by technical issues, weather, power failures, or external interferences. No reimbursements or compensation will be made for such interruptions.

AD CREATIVE

6. The Client is responsible for supplying the final advertisement in the required format, adhering to all provided design and technical specifications.

7. Dry Sky Ads reserves the right to request changes or decline an ad to maintain the platform’s professional and visual standards.

8. If Dry Sky Ads is commissioned to create the ad:
8.a The design fee will be reflected in the quotation.
8.b Design work will begin only after the design fee has been paid in full.
8.c The first draft of the ad will be delivered within 5 working days from payment and required advertisement material is received (unless otherwise stated in the quotation).
8.d Clients should consider this timeline when planning for publishing dates.

9. The Client needs to provide the required advertisement material (or all elements needed to create the ad) by the agreed-upon deadline

10. A final version of the advertisement must be approved via email or WhatsApp by the Client before being published on the screen.

11. The Client confirms that all content provided:
11.a Is accurate,
11.b Does not infringe on any copyright,
11.c Contains appropriate material, and
11.d Has the necessary licensing where required.

12.  Dry Sky Ads is not liable for any copyright infringements or false/misleading claims made in the advertisement.

13. Once an ad has been flighted, no further changes will be made.

14. Only one advertisement per company per booking slot is allowed.

15. All advertisements are subject to final approval by Dry Sky Ads. We reserve the right to decline, remove, or request edits to any content that does not meet our quality or platform standards.

16. Dry Sky Ads does not accept or display advertisements or content that is:
16.a Religious
16.b Political
16.c Discriminatory
16.d Offensive
16.e Inappropriate in nature

PAYMENT

17. Full payment is required before the campaign start date (flight date).

18. Invoices will be issued on the 25th of each month and are due before the end of the same month. Payment must reflect before the scheduled flight date.

19. Late Payment:

19.a If payment is not received on time, the ad will not be flighted.
19.b If payment is received within 7 days after the missed cut-off, Dry Sky

19.c Ads will make reasonable efforts to flight the ad, subject to availability — but this is not guaranteed.
19.d If the ad cannot be flighted, it will be moved to the next available month.

19.e If the ad is flighted during this grace period, any missed days will not be carried over or credited to the following month, and no refunds will be issued.

20. Design fees (where applicable) must be paid in full before any design work begins, as outlined in Section 8.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

21. Clients who have booked a six-month contract with a 10% discount are not eligible for early cancellation without penalty.

22. If a Client chooses to cancel before the end of the six-month period:
22.a The discounted amount previously applied must be repaid in full.
22.b No refunds will be issued for partially used months.

22.c No refunds will be issued for remaining campaign time, if paid upfront.

23. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp) with a 30-day notice period.
